Our Mission from the beginning was to create programs that would help women discover the

ir inner beauty and develop skills to express themselves confidently resulting in a Positive Image.  The Inspired Thinking Beauty, Fashion, Health, & Wellness, A-Z Book Series/ Workshop Programs are coming to an end on Saturday November 6th 2021.  It has been an incredible journey!!

We have been honored to work with so many fantastic Guest Speakers, VIP Sponsors, and dynamic people from all walks of life.  Thank you to all our wonderful dedicated guests who faithfully attended our programs for the past 10 years.

 Each year, schedule an appointment for a complete physical exam.  Get your blood pressure and cholesterol checked.   Be sure to consult with your doctor if you are feeling any aches or pain.  Follow through with a colonoscopy, prostate exam, pap smear, or mammogram.  These essential exams are preventative measures you can take to catch any early signs of cancer and ensure better health.

The physical exam is an essential part of any doctor's visit. ... Annual exams usually check your: History.  This is your chance to mention any complaints or concerns about your health.  Your doctor will also likely quiz you about lifestyle behaviors like smoking, excessive alcohol use, sexual health, diet, and exercise.

A routine physical exam is an essential part of a doctor’s visit.  Not only does the annual exam monitor your current health, it acts as a preventative measure to preserve your health for the future.  Many routine exams help patients get up-to-date on their vaccinations, others may detect a serious condition before it becomes life-threatening.  A thorough physical examination covers the patient head to toe and usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.

Preparing for your annual physical exam is simple.  Before your appointment, make sure to take note of all medications you’re currently taking, possible symptoms of health problems you may be experiencing, any recent lab test results, and anything you’re allergic to.  If your doctor has requested that you fast for a blood test, be sure to follow their advice.

Physical exams are recommended annually in general but may be advised more frequently for patients who have specific health issues or may be at risk for certain conditions.  Following your annual physical exam, your doctor may request a return appointment to discuss any exam discoveries or test results.

Communication with your doctor during each annual exam lets you learn more about your body and the best way to take care of it.  With the help of your doctor, you can start/maintain healthy habits that have a lifetime of benefits.
